Question 05 Silverado DTC C0035 on ignition only?

Ok Guys, I am at a loss. I have a 05 Silverado Z71 Crew cab with about 87000, I've been having some 4x4 issues lately, like random service 4wd light and sometimes if I try and start and put it in gear to quick it starts off in 4L. I have an obdlink with ScanXL enhanced, so I plug it in and get a C0035 code. Ok no big deal I just changed the left hub a few months ago for bad bearings. So I take it back and exchange it under warranty Awesome. Drove it for a few hours here and there. And when I clear it while driving it stays away but when I turn off the ignition and turn it back on it trips the code again????? I don’t get it. Is there something I am missing? I did try the ground wires just a visual, and cleaned the ground where they attach to the frame. Anyone have some good pics or ideas of what else it can be? Hope someone can help

Well I just had everything replaced less than a year ago. I dont think its the switch. I did take the whole wiring harness out from both sensors today. and they both checked good. But now I am getting both C0035 and C0040 on ignition only. When I start the truck and clear the codes they dont come back but as soon as I turn the ignition back to on they both come up in ScanXL Pro. I am Lost I dont see how taking the harness off the sensors and checking wires would cause them both to act up. I know the sensors are good I was monitering them while driving around the block and and they both give good speeds. So if someone has some tricks that would be great.
