Default 1988 light duty k2500 350 5.7l not getting fuel to throttle body

I have an 88' k2500 5.7l 350 that is not getting fuel to the throttle body. at first i figured it was the fuel pump so i took the tank out and replaced that, after replacing, cycled the key five times and it started up for about ten seconds and then sputtered and died. i was like ok lets check injector signal, so i did that and there's no problem there, next i checked the relay, it was good and even when i had the connector for the relay jumped and confirmed that the fuel pump was running it still will not run and is not getting fuel to the throttle body, where do i go from here? im completely stumped.

Check for crimped fuel lines and change the fuel filter

Did you check the injector resistance? one shorted injector will cause neither one to open, yet when you do a pulse test with them unplugged it checks out normal.
there is gas in the tank right? lol

just checked resistance, reading 1.5 ohms, according to factory specs thats good. and yes there's over half a tank in it. WHAT THE **** THIS TRUCK IS PISSING ME OFF!

Its possible the injectors are clogged, if you haven't done it already unhook the fuel line at the TBI and see if fuel is getting that far.

Sounds like something is grounding out. I would put a test light on the fuel pump wiring. Did you prime the new pump. Also test the pressure too.
