I have a 1990 Chevy 1500 Silverado that needs a bed. I found one for a 1988 but I don't know if it would work on my 1990. The body style looks the same but I don't want to buy it with out knowing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Chevrolet C/K 1500's parts and body parts are for the most part interchangeable from 1988 to 1998, same body style, i have a 1994 K1500 and ive taken parts off a 1990, and 1993's and they fit perfect.

 

besides almost all beds are interchangeable. They all simply bolt to the frame. All you really need to know is where the filler neck and tank are located.
