1991 Z-71 4 WD won't engage

1991 Z-71 4 WD won't engage
Engaged 4 WD the fuse popped and the ECM fuse popped. Replaced ECM and 4 WD fuse, put back in 4 WD and it blew the 4WD fuse again. Checked actuator and replace it. Checked indicator light switch and replace it, but it still blows the fuse. If I leave the indicator light unplugged it doesn't blow the fuse, but it also won't engage the 4 WD. Anybody got any ideas?
