1993 350 TBI will not start. Help Please
I changed the IAC,Fuel Pressure Regulator, Inline Fuel Filter,andFuel Pump.
The only code that i get through the ALDL is 12. Which if im correct is stateing that its in testing process, i let this run for 21 times before i shut it off and cleared it. Ran it again and still 12 comes in, all this is done with motor off of course since its dead!
Please any help would be appriciated,Newbi here!

do you have good spark,can you see fuel being sprayed out of the injectors,did it jump timing line up #1 cylinder at TDC and make sure the rotor is at #1 post on the distributor
