Default 1993 C1500 5.7L Running Very Rich

I have a 1993 C1500, 5.7L that I recently did a drivers side head gasket job on (last week). Since then, the truck has been running very rich. To the point where you can disconnect the injector power and it will run for 5+ seconds. With the injector power connected, it will not start. With one injector plugged in, it will start, but run rough.

I have replaced the O2 sensor, coolant sensor and put a rebuild kit in the TBI. After the TBI was reinstalled, it ran great for a few minutes. It was doing this before the TBI rebuild.

Any help on this would be awesome.

Thank you, Jesse

Fuel pressure regulator was the cause.
