1998 K1500 fuel line question
I replaced my fuel pump and while doing so, ended up cracking my fuel lines because they were all rusted out. So I need to replace all 3 lines from the fuel pump back about 12 inches. I was looking online and cant seem to find the lines that have the connectors that pop into the fuel pump. The ones that need the special disconnect tool to get them off. Does anyone know where I can find them, or is there a special name for these so I can look for them? I looked on advance auto, auto zone, and amazon. I even did a live chat on the advanceauto website and they couldn't understand what I was talking about. Thanks in advance!
You could cut off the part of the fuel line that has the connector from the old fuel line and connect it to the end of the new line. You can use flare connectors or even a piece of fuel injection grade fuel hose and hose clamps.
