Default 1998 tracker brake line fix

i was going to do a quick brakeline fix on my 98 tracker then realized the leak was right before the bracket which connects to the flexible hose. The connection between the line and the rubber hose is too rusty to be undone properly, in fact the bracket rusted off of the chassis. basically there is 2 inches of rust/leaking line, the line goes into the bracket then the rubber hose afterward is fine.

what can i do for a quick fix?
