1998 Silverado chugging>> Any help?

Hello all, I have a 1998 Silverado that has recently started to chug pretty bad. I just changed the plugs,cap, rotor, wires, and in line fuel filter. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Have you checked the running fuel pressure? How about the timing?
