Default 98 1500 z71 chugging from a start once a day

I have a 98 1500 5.3 V8 z71. Recently my fuel pump went out and I had to replace it. I was running pretty rough afterwords and found out my distributor was loose and tightened it down. Now the truck runs rough for a few seconds the very first time i start it for the day only when i floor it like pulling out of my driveway to the highway. It seems to chug for a minute or two then run and idle fine the rest of the day. I have no idea where to start and when i try to take it to have it looked at it is running fine and there is no check engine light on. In the past 2 months i have put new plugs and wires, fuel filter and pump. Any help is greatly apperciated.

I noticed today a small leak in my radiator line causing coolant to leak. Could this have any effect on it? I was told to try and patch it with jb weld or some kind of radiator leak in a can stuff from auto zone.
