Hello,

The sway bar on my 99 2500 LS broke recently, so I took it into my Cincinnati Chevy dealership to have a new one installed. After about a day of searching, they returned the truck to me because they couldn't find the part. I was wondering if anybody knew of a place to purchase a new front sway bar that either is a perfect match for the truck, or came of a comparable vehicle (The 4x4 version, The Suburban etc..). Would it be possible to reweld it (its not a full break, but a horizontal fracture right before it connects to the rod on the right wheel) or possibly sleeve it?
