I have a 2000 Chev 1500 p/u that just (within the last week) had the headlights stop working. I have checked all the fuses and they're fine. When I moved the tilt steering they came on for just a day. When the steering was moved again, they haven't came back on. Does anyone have a clue? I asked our local ASE certified mechanic at work if he had heard of anything like this and he replied with whiskey tango foxtrot! Up in arms with no night traveling, really hurting the more important things...such as fishing!!!Can't make it to the water before daylight. Any help would be appreciated!

 

I have the same problem on a 1993 gmc k2500 ? So far Im thinking its the headlight switch as all fuses are good. Then if that doesent work ,the wireing to the headlights . Hope its the switch.
