Default 2000 Outside power mirror help fix
Both mirrors only move slightly when commanded from the inside button. Can WD 40 or other lubricant be sprayed in the gears to loosen and how do u get to them?

i would check the gears out before spraying anything on them, could be as easy as a fuse, but WD40 would lube the gears yes. you can access them through the inside of the door

Fuse is good. The gears for the mirrors are inside the door panel?

no they should be inside the mirror, you can take the mirror off by unbolting it from the door panel
