2001 silverado 4.3 bank 1 sensor 2 issue

2001 silverado 4.3 bank 1 sensor 2 issue
ok been dealing with this for a while now. I get p0140 code and when i check the rediness monitors it say that heated o2 sensor no comunication for 195 of 200 atempts.is there & where is the o2 fuse?
