New to this forum. My 2500 has a stock exhaust and has a soft but deep sound too it. I have been wondering what I could do to make my truck as loud as possible without any loss in performance. It's an 03 2500HD LS with the 6.0 liter v8. Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks!

 

i have the same truck, i put on a dynomax bullet with a 5in rolled tip, and i set car alarms off with it. only way to make it louder IMO is to do a muffler delete.

 

How much did the dynomax cost?

 

Atound 300 i think. If i could go back id do new cats too. Only thing is there 300 per and pur truck has 2

 

My dad has a Borla on his 2500HD. The roaring sound is enough to get noticed and it is not raspy.

 

Did he get the whole kit? Im thinking of just replacing the muffler and tailpipes. Would it make a big difference?
