Unhappy 2004 silverado motor replace/no spark now

i replaced my 2004 325 motor with another from the same year. i reused most of my sensors and coils from my original motor. the original motor was running just had a knock. my scanner recognizes cam and crank signals, and all guages are working. i had a security light on but did the key cycle on/off to remove it. i have power to the coils but have no spark. i would say its security but as far as i can tell thats cuts fuel not spark. this is on my 2004 silverado and i am at witts end. any suggestions would be appreciated.

Ok, can you check for injector pulses? I too believe security cuts off the fuel.

all of these problems were caused by grounds not being connected at lower front of the motor and at the back on the passenger side but thank you for your help.
