I too have a 2005 Z71. I have noticed my transfer case and or my transimission slipping at traffic lights. It only has 30,000 miles on it. That makes me worry a little bit.

Do you have any brake problems? Do you have rear drums or discs?

Got my truck back they changed the Computer module , now all electrical parts have been changed.Waiting to see if 4wd will act up again. On your Question about brakes no problems as of now. I have 31000 miles on it.
