Default 2007 Silverado 1500 4.8 spark plug change questions

Has 107K miles and wanting to do a tune up and tlc for the truck...Bought some BOSCH plugs #4309 Platinum +2...they have 2 tips on the bottom of the plug...I've seen from around the way, my truck should be about .040 gap...These have about a .024 on each side...Anyone know if the double tip is different for gap or just get ac delco...

You got 107K on the original AC Delco plugs. Why change?? The old ones are probably still good just like mine were.

When doing a 100K tune up, isn't the plugs and or wires something that should be changed...? Just wanting to do a little tlc on the truck to get a bit better fuel mileage... I get about 16.5 mpg depending on driving... Used to get almost 18
