Long story short. took my 10 minute highway drive to work, getting off and stopped at a light i could hear a knocking noise. Always has had a slight tick on cold starts would last for a few minutes, then go away. changed the oil a few minutes ago, oil looked good, no metal on drain plug. Pretty sure I Have a collapsed lifter. Here is a video of the sound.
