Has anyone had problems with 5.3 motor. Mine is knocking. I have always owned Chevrolet or gmc and never had motor problems. It has 42,000 miles

 

They are saying that there is water and dirt inside motor so they don't want to Warrenty it. Anybody ever had a motor to get done under Warrenty. The oil is clean and is not milky.

 

Was it ever off Roaded? Was the oil changed as it should have been? Air filter? Was it in a flood?

 

I have been in the mud before. It has no water or dirt it the air tube going to the motor. I took the tube off the throttle body and it has no water or dirt anywhere. I think they just don't want to wappdmtw it.
