2010 Silverado factory am/fm to aftermarket
I recently purchased a new silverado with just the factory am/fm stereo (no onstar or xm.) I knew i would go with an aftermarket setup at the time of purchase. I am replacing it with a pioneer double din dvd unit. Can anyone tell me exactly what wiring/modules I will need to complete installation? I'm not sure if my truck will require the interface to maintain factory chimes/alerts/door dinger...... etc.

Thats what i run in my 07, it's the new body style like yours, but mine has onstar. I'm running a Pioneer Double Din. the 1310 model. For me, it was about a 45min install all together.
You'll also need an antenna adapter for a Chrysler.
