4l60e lost 3rd and 4th
2009 silverado 1500 5.3l 4x4
I had a tranny cooler line blown in it while I was a couple minutes from home. I lost 4th, then 3rd, but was left with 1st and 2nd. I was able to get it home with just 1st and second. The next day I replaced the blown line and added about 2 liters of fluid back to the transmission until it was filled to spec. I've taken it for a drive, and whenever it tries to shift past 2nd, it feels like it's gone into neutral. I assumed it probably burned up my 3 and 4 clutch packs. I have the transmission pulled and am looking for ones at scrapyards. But I've done research and seen other people saying a tranny swap didn't fix the issue. Has anyone else had any experience with this
