Default 6.0L RPM's

Hey guys, 1st post but have a question.

When travelling at 65 MPH in OD not towing anything, my tach is reading a little over 2000 RPM's. Is this normal or does it seem a bit high? I know when I had my F-150 with the 4.6L I was only turning about 1500 RPM's at the same speed. Granted it only had 3.08 and my 2500 has 4.10's but I am just curious.

Thanks
Chris

Default RE: 6.0L RPM's

I would have to say that with 4.10's, that's probably right on. I have a 6.0L 1500HD with 3.73's and I turn about 2000 at 70.
