i'm getting a 95 c3500 dump truck this week from my dad's work for FREE and it has cracked heads on the 6.5 diesel. i plan on pulling the motor and rebuilding it from crank up and pulling the fenders, doors, and hood to throw on to my c1500. the 4L80E is still good. pretty straight forward question, what would it take to drop the 6.5L and the 4l80e in place of my 305 and 4l60e? i'll have the whole harness for the diesel to put in but what mods will i have to do for the motor and trans mounts and will the driveshaft length be correct? going to be scrapping the dump truck after i get all the parts i need off of it.
