Default 92' Brake Lights Messed Up!

My Chevy Silverado's brake lights are messed up. I think there is a short in the wiring. When you put a fuse in they work for about 10 mins and then the fuse blows. Someone told me it was the circuit board that the lights attach to. We replaced both sides. They work but not at the same time and not when you want them to lol. If you twist the wires around on the back of the circuit board one or two lights come on. If you twist the wire the other way another light will come on and the the two that were on go off. The driver side is the same way. Also, the passenger side brake light will stay on even when the brake is not being pushed. WTF. I need help. I also heard this has happened alot, but what do i know. Thanks to anyone that knows my problem!

Check your grounds. If it is blowing the fuse you may have a bad wire too.

Sorry for the late reply. It does have a trailer wire harness. But what does that have to do with it?

These can be the source to a lot of tail light issues.
Just for the heck of it unplug the trailer harness from the vehicles wire harness and see if there is any change.
