97 Z-71 front diff wont disengage
Greetings,It was either the T-case switch or the plug at the actuator that got it fixed. I found a diagram for the circuits and would like to post it here, ive read all the forum rules and tried a few things, it's a pdf file thats over the allowed mb's or something like that...let me know if there is anything you can do to help me with it please and thank you.

I have a 93, not sure if they are the same, but I believe so. There is a switch on the transfer case and it sounds like it is stuck in the "on" position. I'm no mechanic, but that would be where I would look. Good luck.
Thank you,I think your right
Im getting ready to check that now, i found some info at; http://www.chevytalk.org/fusionbb/sh...d/207294/tp/1/ (The whole page is interesting).
and; http://www.4x4posi-lok.ca/pdfs/troubleshootguide.pdf (look at section#2). Its not the schematic diagram im searching but it sure is some kind of help.

i found the schematic on the 97 4wd system but it wont load i wish i could post it somehow. it would help alot of 4x4 owners, mine is fixed and works better than ever.and after a new t-case switch all i can say is never trust that connector that plugs to the actuator, dont forget the old wiggle test(could that have been the cause of all this $$$$$ ?)
