Body shop put new dr side door because of wreck. Elec problems out the a.. because they didn't know how to put it back. They had new one installed, same issues....lights coming on, power locks, alarm sounding by itself all the time, truck starting by itself. My tran started to act like it was going to start slipping a little so i changed fluid n filter. Fine for 3 days, then next day no 3rd or OD. Put in another tran out of a different truck..had alt ( fine) and starter checked ( shorted out ) because my battery was getting so hot it started to melt..rebuilt starter...same exact thing with the different transmission. Changed speed cont sensor...nothing. changed throttle pos sensor, all of a sudden i have no speedometer and 2nd is slipping too. All any shop says is they'll rebuild it. Two transmissions doing the same thing?
