Default 99 6.0L issues need help

Hi first time to post on this forum and though maybe some one on here could help. I have been having problems with my 99 2500 6.0L. It had a random misfire but I found the problem was a bad injector. After i got that fixed it said i had a bad O2 sensor (code po151) but i have replaced all these and even with that code it was running fine just may have used a little more fuel than normal. When i was pulling a trailer home with just the O2 sensor code i all of a sudden lost power. the truck was still running but would not go above 3000 rpms and could barely stay above 30 mph. It acted like it could not get they exhaust out and thought maybe i had a bad cat from the random misfire. got it towed home and the next day made an appointment to have the cats tested. Drove it to the muffler shop no problem and they said there is no issue with the cats. It does now have these codes (po151 low volt bank 2 sensor 2, po160 bank 2 sensor 2 no activity, pending po137 bank 1 sensor 2 low voltage,
po151 bank2 sensor 1 low voltage, po157bank 2 sensor 2 low voltage). I have no idea what to do next. I have read other forums and not seen anything on this the truck is getting old and does have 175,000 miles on it and does not get used as often as it use to.
