Yep, my very first post... I think its excellent to have people with expertise in most chevy models and years (cars, trucs, etc.), post advise ina singleforum. That increases exponentially the probability of getting an answerthat will helpmove on with one's project.

Now, my question is - Has anybody done a swap on a full size or s10 truck were an L35 4.3 vortec engine (pre '03) is changed for a newer model LU3 4.3 vortec ('03 & up)?!?!?
