Hey guys I have a 1994 Chevy 2500 Pickup truck with a manual trans. and I want to put the auto trans from a 1995 GMC Suburban into it. Do I need the computer out of the Suburban or can I use my computer?

You don't happen to know what all I have to hook up and where I hook them up at do you?

 

you have to hook up everything. After 1993 the transmission is electronic. So without all these connectors and a computer to run them you wont shift out of 2nd gear. Make it easy on yourself and find a 700R4 from the 80s or even a TH400, the only drawback with the 700 and 400 is you wont have overdrive in the 400.
