Default Battery drains over 24 hours

2004 1500 silverado
Constant current draw from battery. 0.5A. pulled fuses till it went away. IPC/IDC fuse. Occasionally the instruments will go dead, then come back while driving. Also the security/theft light will flash occasionally, which is not available on my 2004. The cluster was replaced in 2005 under warranty. Do I have to replace the cluster?

problem could be the cluster, or anywhere in the wiring harness between the fuse block and the cluster. You'll have to use a meter and schematic to probe for the fault.
