this is prob the dumbest question ever but how do i change the bowtie in the front on a 02 silverado 2500hd?

it may be retained in the grille by a tinnerman nut. open the hood and remove the platic cover over the top of the grille. Shine a light to the rear of the emblem and inspect.

Pop hood and then pop that plastic piece retained by all the pop pins. The bowtie is held on by 2 clips that you can just squeeze together an push the emblem out
