Check gauge light ....half power
I have a 98 1500 Z71.....When I start the truck the check gauge light comes on...also tach and speedo dont work when its in this mode it only has bout half power....If I can get it to work....the gauges still are not accurate,,,,also doesnt appear to have overdrive....any help....thanks

i suggest going to your local parts store and have them scan for codes and go from there. In my 07 the MAF was unhooked while i was doin some work and i only had half power when i cranked it. Don't know if your truck has a MAF.
