Default Chevy 1500 tbi problems

Hey guys trying to find out what can cause my truck to get prime. I have already replaced the fuel pump the pump relay . I can pour some fuel down the tbi and runs until i shut the truck back off . I also checked to make sure the pump is running in the tank and it is . I also checked to make sure i have power at the fuel pump relay and i get 11.8v when i check .

no i think i may have found the problem .I have a neighbor who has a tbi on his truck and when you start to crank the truck the fuel starts to spray down the throttle body and mine is not doing that. If i am getting power to the injectors it should spray fuel down the intake correct.

I have a 1995 1500 v6 2wd with the same problem replaced fuel pump and sending unit.replaced relay but noticed there is no power to the fuel pump relay. If i spray or pour fuel in bowls it will run for a few seconds. I am really stumped has anyone found a solution?
