Default chevy k2500 cylinder head bolts

Hey, I am trying to get a cylinder head off my 5.7 and can't get the bolts under the exhaust out. No room to get a wrench in there. And yes the exhaust is unbolted but I can't get it pushed back enough to get a wrench on them.
Any Ideas?
Thanks

You have to completely remove the manifold. You must be able to use a socket and ratchet because when you put it back together you have to use a torque wrench.

Both heads or both sides of the manifold. If you are talking about both sides of the manifold then yes you must completely remove the manifold
