Well 5 turns isn't that much crank on stock keys. Crank em, get new tires, then alignment. Should ride similar to what it does now

My gut feeling is that to fit a 305 your going to need to pretty much max those keys out. In doing that your going to either need new/longer shocks or shock extensions which can be acquired on eBay for around $20-$25. Also probably going to have to do a little trimming on the lower plastic valance. It'll ride firm but not excessively harsh. May also need a steering stabilizer. Definitely gonna need an alignment as said above.

2" and that's on the top end of crankin. I wouldn't want to go over that unless you just want to cut bump stops off and have crappy angles. I mean who needs ball joints and tie rods right?

I have the new body style 07 2500hd 2wd. 265/75r16 was the biggest i could run up front. I cranked eme to 2 1/4 at 20k. I now have 85k, ball joints are begining to go out. Only had the one alignment though. Trucks been through hell and back. I have no ride, rough as can be. Could get by with 285/75 but i need new wheels with a differnt offset. Disnt think that far ahead back then.
