Unhappy cranks, but will not start

so, I've got this 2001 Silverado, short, narrow, 93k, air, auto, cruise w/a 4.3l six. just sits most of the time, on a float charger. gets run maybe once every coupla months on grocery run or some such. got in it the other day and, you guessed it; read title. can hear the fuel pump run for 3 seconds or so when key turned. poured gas down intake and still no start. pulled number one plug wire and grounded another plug and had very good white spark. what gives? crank or cam sensor? mouse chewed wiring? might I get some direction from someone more worthy? p.s.-obd2 reader says NO codes to be found. any and all; put down your bets. thanx.

battery voltage too low when cranking to satisfy other parameters. put a new battery on it and all is well. thanks for the post.
