I'm new to the forums here, but as of today I started researching the factory installed delay lock feature on chevy products as I've had a local thief that enjoys flipping handles in the dead of night. As diligent as I can be about keeping doors locked on my 2008 Ext Cab 1500, on occasion I get in a hurry and forget.
So I'm confused...it seems this feature is all over different chevy products dating back to the 90's, why is this feature not available on an extended cab, just the crew cab? Am I missing something? Is there any modification? Aftermarket? that could change this?
