Question got a question

on my 90 chevy c1500, everytime i take off it seems to have a hesitation then it kicks in. it seems to be alot worse when its cold to and i always have to press the gas in the mornin for it to stay running when its cold. how could i fix the hesitation?

new plugs, wires, distributer cap, and rotor button would be a good start.

a total D-I-Y tune up on the truck would prob cost $100 or even less.

Also get some carb/throttle body cleaner and spray the intake out/clean the vac lines ect..

there is also a product called Seafoam it can be purchased pretty much anywhere, do a good flush with that and your BOUND to be running smoother!

Check for vac. leaks and see if your EGR valve is working.

i already got spark pllugs and wires . so ill try cleaning the throttle body and doing seafome

"Old Wrench" has a good one too, my egr and iac were bad and cleaned up performance greatly.

also if you had your distributer adj for any reason during the plug/wire/cap get the timing adj.

but ONLY if you moved it!
