my 97 Silverado has 972,500 on the odometer.Same 5.0 L MOTOR NEVER BEEN REBUILT OR NO MAJOR REPAIRS.I WILL SEE IF I CAN POST ODOMETER PICTURE

 

Got a 2002s10 with a 2.2 with 321000+ miles, never touched engine till last week, had to replace water pump, still has everything else original on engine.

Changed oil today on my 97 silverado 5.0l.at 977,000 kms.still same motor.

 

I have just hit 306000 miles on my 02 suburban 5.3l flex fuel engine is stock with the exception of flow master dual exhaust and spectre cold air intake still not burning oil runs like its new had to replace tranny and rear end at 295000 but motor is all original

 

448,000. Miles!!Still runs like a champ.

Hey fellow Chevy owners. I have a 1999 2500 Suburban LT 4x4 with the original 6.5 Turbo Diesel and original trans and rear. What a great truck. I installed a new PMD and also bought US made extension cables from Leroy Diesel then relocated my new PMD into the front grill for optimal cooling. I just recently installed a new power master heavy duty starter. At 185,000 miles she had a complete brake job done including new hydro booster. Next she's getting all new 2 guage battery cables and two New batteries. I'm also planning on upgrading my oil cooler lines to stainless and installing a 2001 durmax fan blade. I love my Diesel Suburban! She weighs in at 9600 pounds and I get a solid 14-15 mpg city and a impressive 21 mpg on the highway due to a economy tune. She just turned 191,000 miles.

I also just recent bought a 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe LT Z71 with the towing package. I've only driven her about 600 miles so far at most. She's got 179,483 miles.

I also own my little 1993 Geo Tracker which is my gas saver. I love this little vehicle. She's 5 speed 4x4 and she gets 30 mpg city driving. I don't ever drive her on the highway so... she's got 184,805 miles.

I hope all my chevys and my Geo make 200,000 miles and 100's of thousand of more reliable miles in the years to come.
