How many AC door actuators in a 98 Silverado

How many AC door actuators in a 98 Silverado
Title kinda of says it all, I have a 98 had the AC recharged a couple days ago.
But, I been having a problem with getting any air or heat for the matter from the dash vents, except from the vents that blow towards the windows. I have looked at all of the Door actuators and can see them moving. I'm I missing one, or is there a clog. The crazy thing is, and I"m not sure how it happens, but every once in a while those dash vents will work.
Oh yeah, and when I mean dash vents I mean in the middle of the dash. The very top of the dash for defrost works. Just not the middle vents.
