Default level kit

so i was curious about unloading the torsion bars to put the new torsion keys in. do you need to fully remove the torsion bars and do the torsion keys only go in one way or different ways? thanks in advance.

Raise up the front end to take the weight off the bars and then loosen the adjusting bolts. Spray the keys and the lower control arms with penetrating oil and slide them forward to remve the keys, you can use a rod and hammer to drve them forward. The new keys are specific for the right and left side and you will need either the GM tool or a 4" c-clamp with the foot removed fron the piviot ball to preload thekeys enough to reinstall the adjusters.

There is no effect on the location of the front diff or drive shaft.
