Default Lift?

Hello y'all I own a 2008 chevy silverado 6.0l 4x4 and i wanted to lift it up. I changed the tires and I have problem turning because the tires are bigger than the turning ratio, they are 285/75 R17. I instaled a 2" leveling kit with the torsion keys, but saw no difference. Finnally I am looking to get either a 6" inch lifting kit or a 4" kit and get some bigger tires. Any advice?
Thanks

So I take it you have a 2500HD if you have keys? And the tires alone won't make your turnin radius better or worse. Now if they're rubbin then yeah that's a problem. If you've put levelin keys on and it still didn't help, then somethin ain't right. Also are you sure that's the tire size? They make a 285/75/16 and a 285/70/17

If you're rubbin now with a 2" and 34" then I'd do a 4" on what you have on it now honestly. Did you crank the levelin keys up more or just install em and leave em there?

Are these on stock wheels? That's crazy. Didn't figure a 34" would rub on a 2500hd with keys cranked. But anyways I'd probably a 4" on the same tires and wheels you have now. Or if you can change it up and do a 6" on 35s and either the same wheels or different wheels you have now
