Lower truck problem

Default Lower truck problem

Hello Everyone,
I have a 2002 Chevy Silverado Ext Cab. The truck was already drop when i bought it and it leans to the driverside anybody knows what can be done to fix problem. (It looks like shock and spring set up) Thanks with any advise you can give me.

maybe the spring on the pass. side is not sitting up inside the frame right and causing the truck to lean to the drivers side

When you find out let me know, so's I can fix mine too. It's called "Chevy lean" and apparently has something to do with the gas tank and the driver both biasing weight on the left side of the truck.
