Because a couple buddies of mine and a few people that I work with have or had 04's and 05's that were built in Fort Wayne and were having the almost the same issues you are having, they traded them back in after only 6 months of owning them, half the time their trucks were in the shop, and purchased trucks, same models as before, built out of different plants in Michigan and have not had any problems with them since. FWIW my 04 has 60,000 miles on it and has never been in the shop for repairs except for the usual maintenance items (brakes once), BTW it was built up in Flint, MI

OK, if you keep screwin up o2 sensors, id start looking at a Catalytic converter or at least get a sniffer in the tailpipe and see what your 5 gases look like.
And yes the sensor is a 4wire sensor. it has a heater element in it and signal and ground.

As far as the steering whell being loose, The adjustment nut on the gear box will be a very very temporary band aid. you can tighten it down too far where your wheel will start to bind . I know they are expensive but id say to go out and buy a factory steer box. it eats up your tires and suspension components. and its a much more comfortable drive once it is fixed.
