So I am looking to upgrade my stock mirrors to towing mirrors since this year I'll be doing a lot of car towing and such. I know that there are a few different types of mirrors: non-power, non-heated & non-turn signal; turn signal, heated & power; non-turn signal, non-heated, power. I know I definitely will getting power, heated and turn signal mirrors because that is what my truck came with..

Long story short, my beef is about the turn signal options. There is red triangle turn signal pairs and the side LED turn signal pairs. The red LED type are what come stock from factory if you get the option for it when buying the truck. The side LED ones are not.

My ultimate question: do the side LEDs stay lighted on their own when not blinking, or is there some wiring to be done in order to have them stay lighted? I like the look and functionality/safety of them.

Any help is appreciated!
