ok i have a 1977 c15 that has a rebuilt 350 jasper and th350 tranny. im guessing no more than 200hp is being produced now. so my question is with 5 grand (for parts only) to modify the engine how much horsepower will i gain (im thinking about 500hp)? what maximum rpm do you guys recommend 5,500 or 6,500? im planning to keep the same gear.please can you guys list the names of parts.

I ran a lunati cam with matching spring and lifters.Match cam to what rpm your going to be turning. It doesn't have to be lunati any name brand cam that matches your application will work. 67cc aluminum heads. flat top keith black pistons. I ran a 700 cfm holley carb. You can definitely go to big here if you don't watch out. A set of hooker headders.
