After 5 trips to 3 dealers and a claim with BBB getting a new truck from GM under good faith agreement.MSRP for MSRP,I just ordered a 2013 gmc in heritage blue.I have to say I will not miss the clunkI am very glad to see this situation resolved to my liking.This gives me faith in detroit again

just out of curiosity what type of clunk was it? rear end? i have a 2012 as well and going back and forth to GM.
