Default No start. Some electrics not working. New jasper 5.3 install

Need some tech help. 06 silverado 2wd. Installing new jasper 5.3. Won't crank and random other electrical issues. pwr windows locks and wipers not working. Some things do have power. Guage cluster looks good. hvac looks good. have seen some reports of bcm and check grounds which I am doing with no luck. Truck Sat without battery installed for around 2 years. Maybe bcm needs to be relearned? Do you think no cranking is part of the no pwr locks/ windows etc... Or two separate issues? Thanks!

What I'm reading describes a ground issue.

"Sat for 2 years" - I'd bet money some rodents chewed up wires. Yoh need to inspect the wiring harnesses for ANY signs of rodent damage. Not always easy since the can get into the tightest spots but for engine stuff, should be fairly accessible.
