Default Noise from front end

I got an 09 silverado 1500, and lately I've been hearing a clunk kind of noise from my front end, but it only happens when I'm backing up and steering. It sounds like its coming from the left side. I also have a 2" rc leveling kit. I'm kinda clueless on this and looking for suggestions on what I should check?

The noise happens only if i'm in reverse, and only if i'm steering. it just makes a clunk or a pop once or twice and thats it. no noise at all going forward, think it could be a ball joint or something?

That is kind of difficult one to say because its so specific when it happens. Is it a 4wd? I saw you said you have a leveling kit, did it start doing it after the kit?

Yes its 4x4, and I've had the leveling kit for 4 or 5 months and only recently have been having issues. I can sometimes feel it in the steering wheel when it makes the sound I said left side but now I actually think its the right side, and it only happens when backing up with the wheels turned to the left
